WESTEM-projektet avslutat!

Vi konstaterar att vi nu avslutat projektet WESTEM.  Ett projekt för att lyfta kvinnor inom teknik- och naturvetenskapsområdet.
Det har varit ett gediget arbete av projektledaren Soley Moreno och KC – Kompetenscenter idéburen sektor i WESTEM Project!
Projektet har:
– haft kontinuerliga seminarier online
– skapat en 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐮𝐛 som växte genom det ökande antalet av internationella interaktioner mellan kvinnliga studenter, kvinnliga experter, stem (science, technology, engineering and math) professionella, akademisk personal
– delat inspirerande porträtt av mentorer
– spridit förebilder som har föreslagits
Vad händer nu?
– rapportarbete och reflektion vad projektet har lärt oss, samt hur det ska appliceras i framtiden.

The WESTEM – project is now completed! 

After two intense years, the Westem project is being completed! ✅🏆
It has been an incredible learning journey, allowing us to further deepen the theme of #gender discrimination in #STEM subjects and professions by accompanying each partner to increase the public and internal debate within universities on this issue. Which tangible steps did we take?
🌐 We had an impactful cycle of 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐬,
🫱🏻‍ 🫲we saw the 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐮𝐛 grow while creating increasing international interactions between female students, female experts, stem professionals, academic staff,
🚀 we’ve been sharing inspiring 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬 of mentors and
👭🏽we’ve been spreading the 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 that the consortium had proposed.
What are we doing now?
We’re currently working on the quality and impact report, reflecting on the lessons-learned within these two years and #WESTEM project’s legacy on us as organizations and our territorial context.🗎
